We met during our first days of college, bound by the shared experience of being foreigners in the United States. Despite our contrasting personalities—one loud where the other is quiet, one impulsive where the other is measured— we’ve always complemented each other effortlessly. Our friendship has never been about convenience or circumstance, but about an unwavering, brotherly love that asks for nothing in return.
